City Property (Glasgow) LLP is delighted to confirm the recent sale of a 989 sq.m. office building at 31 Ardencraig Place, Castlemilk to national charity, Scottish Autism.

The two-storey building was sold on behalf of City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP (CPGI) to Scottish Autism, which provides care and support to autistic individuals with complex needs. Scottish Autism plan to refurbish the building to deliver day opportunities for up to 28 adults and a dedicated space for a further 11 individuals on a community-based outreach basis, as well as creating new jobs within the new facility.
