Successful letting of 828 Crow Road

On behalf of City Property, Graham + Sibbald have announced the successful letting of 828 Crow Road to Dominos Pizza Takeaway.

Following two full days of ‘open house’ style viewings, five offers were received at the closing date. City Property were pleased with both the rental level achieved and the quality of the tenant which would be entering in to a 20 year lease.

Brogan Grier, Surveyor at Graham + Sibbald’s Glasgow office, said: “Due to the substantial amount of interest received, a closing date was set after a brief marketing period and we obtained a generous rental offer with favourable lease terms.”

The large space was previously a public house and Dominos have advised that they will be turning part of it into a seating area to allow for customers to eat-in as well as takeaway.
