Purdon Street Industrial Estate Improvements Complete

City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP (CPGI) is pleased to confirm the completion of extensive refurbishment works at Purdon Street Industrial Estate, in Partick.
The 14-week programme included a number of improvements at the estate, most notably brickwork repairs and repointing, new doors and lighting upgrades to several units, coating of the roof and gutters, a new drainage system, new rooflights and general upgrade of décor and paintwork.
The £218,000 project is part of a £15M Capital Plan which will see a number of capital expenditure works and improvements to CPGI assets over a 5-year period.
